Doesn't that sound familiar.

'The person one loves never really exists, but is a projection focused through the lens of the mind onto whatever screen it fits with the least distortion.'
-Tales From Planet Earth

 We got our maths exam results back today.
I got 97.5%!
Yay!

Ooh, I found the cutest quote in a lovely book:
'There are two sorts of people. Thoose who smile at folk they don't know on the street, and those who stare at the ground instead'

 How is everyone today?

I am feeling... hopeful.

A song I have recently become rather fond of: We Share the Same Space

'We share the same space
We are the same, so I
Dont understand why things are this way
Two people forced to turn their backs and walk away
Because they could not communicate how much they wanna stay'

The lovely blanket of night covers us,
Your snores;
The only medicine for my ears.
Your peaceful, dozing face;
The only medicine for me tears.
You are my only cure.

'A map of where you're going when you don't know where you are.'

'I want everything for you. The moon and the stars and the sea and the entire universe. I want everything for me too. I want you and me for ever and ever. Having you with me makes me greedy for life. I want everything. Nothing less than Everything will be enough. Not just for now, but for the whole of my life.'

'Though I am old with wandering,
Through hollow lands and hilly lands,
I will find out where she had gone,
And kiss her lips and take her hands;
And walk among long dappled grass,
And pluck till time and times are done,
The silver apples of the moon,
The golden apples of the sun.'
-The Song of Wandering Aengus

Now if you bothered to read all this then go and be happy in the sun and watch the beautiful world pass you!

  2. i agree with the first quote; it's just so easy to form crushes/fall in love with the *idea* of someone, than really who that person is truly. perception!! haha.
    hooray for your maths result! :D

  3. As always, a very inspiring post, wonderfully done and, just in case you are wondering, I'm one of those who smile at people in the street as are you, I can tell.
